Beauty Haul | NARS, Rimmel, Maybelline + More

Over the past few weeks I've really been enjoying using makeup again, I seem to go through phases of loving it and not wearing it, so this means that I made have treated myself to a few new things! There are lots of great new products out on the highstreet at the moment but I also fancied trying something a little more highend for once so this is going to be a mixture of the two. It's also a mix of online orders and things that I bought when me and fellow blogger Sarah met up and went shopping!

One product that I've really been loving for a few months now is the Real Techniques Miracle Complexion Sponge, I was a bit late to the sponge party but I'd definitely say I'm a fan now. You can often find Real Technique brushes a bit cheaper on Amazon sometimes so when I made a recent order I added one of these sponges to my basket so I now have two as I'm the worst at remembering to wash mine! The product next to it is something I bought when I was with Sarah, it's the Rimmel Kate Moss Sculpting Palette and I picked it up in the shade Coral Glow. I've had my eye on it since it came out so when I spotted that there was a offer on Rimmel products I thought it was the ideal time to try it, I'll definitely do a review once I've given it a go.

The next purchase was something that I so nearly bought when me and Sarah were browsing the high end counters last week but I couldn't make my mind up. I ended up ordering the NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer the very next day though after thinking about it overnight and I'm so glad I did. I've only used it a couple of times but I'm already finding it to have great coverage plus it's pale enough for my skin! Again I'll definitely do a full review of this eventually. That purchase happened to be because Sarah had recommended it to me and this second one was also one of her recommendations! I've really been getting into using matte liquid lipsticks recently and Gerard Cosmetics was one of the brands that she kept telling me to try so I finally did it and ordered one of their Hydra Matte Liquid Lipstick's in Serenity and I'm so glad I did. This has quickly become one of my favourite lip products, it isn't drying on the lips and it lasts near enough all day. I've already got my eye on a second shade!

Finally I've 2 more lip products to show you, you might be able to tell that I'm loving shaking up what I'm using lip wise a lot right now! A few weeks ago I made a Superdrug order and decided to try one of the highstreet liquid lipstick's that was out there, this time around the Maybelline Vivid Matte Liquid Lipstick in the shade Nude Flush. The Rio packaging definitely sucked me in a little bit but also this is totally my kind of shade, I haven't used it much yet as I've been loving my Gerard Cosmetics one but I'm looking forward to giving it a proper go. Last but not least is the Rimmel Moisture Renew Sheer and Shine Lipstick in Good Mauve, on the other end of the spectrum compared to the other lip products in this haul. As I said before there was an offer on some Rimmel products so I was hunting for a second product to make it up and saw that these were new. It's the kind of product that I used to where a lot, very sheer and moisturising so I'm looking forward to taking a little trip down memory lane and restarting that love!

As I'm typing up this post I've actually just had an MUA Cosmetics order arrive so I think that's me set for a little while, perhaps a little spending ban is in order! You can look out for lots more beauty reviews though! Have you bought any new beauty products recently?
