I bought the Essence Lash Princess False Lash Effect Mascara in Wilkinsons a few weeks back after walking past the stand countless times but never stopping. Ever since picking this up though I've stopped and browsed it every time I've been in-store and I recently picked up a fab lipstick that I'll be sure to blog about as well. For now though on to one of the best bargain mascaras around in my opinion, at £3.30 you really cannot go wrong.
I don't usually go for these 'false lash effect' mascaras because I have quite small eyes so lots of length and volume can often overwhelm my face but I gave this one a go and I'm so glad I did. It definitely does give you a false lash effect but it is controllable so you're able to go as big and bold as you like. I found this to be both lengthening and volumising and also the formula is not too wet or dry so you don't get big clumps of mascara coming out but also this doesn't smudge everywhere. It's a great option for both natural and bold looks, it really is a fab all round product. I've been switching between a few different mascaras over the past few months but I know for sure that I'll be sticking with this from now on. If you're looking to try something new I really would recommend this, at £3.30 it has to be worth giving a shot! Sorry that I don't have any pictures of my wearing it but take a look at Gemma's review as she has some great photos of just how good it is! I really can't fault this at all and believe me I've tried to find even the tiniest thing about it that I don't like.
Like I said before you can pick this up in Wilkinson's, head over to the Essence website to take a look at where your nearest stockist is!
