Makeup Revolution Brow Dual Ultra Brow Arch & Shape | Review

Over the past year I've tried countless eyebrow products in the hopes to achieve beautiful brows but with no luck. I've always struggled with applying brow products as well, I think filling in your eyebrows is one of the most difficult things to do. I don't think I quite realised what a difference your eyebrows make to your face as well. All of the above changed recently though when this new Makeup Revolution product came through my letterbox and straight into my makeup bag. This is most definitely a rave review, it has to be one of the best products that I've tried this year! The best bit is that it will only cost you £3.50, beautiful brows for under £5, so why do I love it so much?

In the past I've been more favoured towards powder brow products so I was a little intimidated when I saw this product for the first time, I hadn't really used a brow pencil before and wasn't sure how things would go! I didn't have any need to be worried though as this product couldn't be any easier to use, I think I've finally worked out how to fill my eyebrows in nicely thanks to it.

On one end there is a waxy twist up brow pencil which is the option that I prefer and use most of the time. It also happens to be the more pigmented side of the dual product which I thought might put me off a little but it only makes me love it more. It's waxy consistency means it stays put all day and it keeps everything in place, not quite as much as a brow gel would but it helps a little. It's really easy to use and I find that I can have my brows looking so much better within a few minutes with the help of this. I of course love that it is a twist up product, no need to sharpen it ever!

The other end is a felt tip with a similar shade, it is perfect for adding more detail. I actually find this end of the product more difficult to work with, I just think me and felt tip brow products (and eyeliners!) don't get on, for those who are more used to this though I think you would love this side. I find that it doesn't last quite as long as the pencil but you can always combine the two to achieve your preferred brow look.

I really can't rave about this product enough, it has enabled me to learn how to fill in my eyebrows a lot better as it is so easy to use. The price is what surprises me the most though, Makeup Revolution are well known for their low prices but I wasn't expecting it to be just £3.50! If you treat yourself to just one new makeup product this month I'd really recommend that it be this one, hopefully you won't be disappointed as I know I wasn't!

  1. I've shied away from using any brow products because I'm scared they might make my brows look too unnatural but this might be just the thing to change my mind! Looks so natural and professionally done, great review!
