Last Thursday was my birthday and I mainly got money from relatives but my best friend Hannah, who also blogs, came over on Sunday with a few beauty treats for me! She also got me a One4All voucher which I spent in Boots today so I thought I'd share the beauty products that she got me alongside my Boots purchases. It's been a while since I've had lots of new beauty products to play around with so expect lots of reviews to pop up every now and then!
I remember when I first started watching youtube videos about 3 years ago this was such a popular product in the USA. I wanted to try one so badly but never did so you can imagine my excitement when 3 years later I find out that NYC have brought the product back out and were selling it in Superdrug! I've only tried it a few times but so far, so good! Blush isn't a product that I use every time I apply makeup but I think this is definitely going to be become a part of my regular routine.
This is the first product that I picked up in Boots today, you all know that I love lip crayons so I quickly picked this up. I couldn't decide between trying one of Rimmel's lip crayons or Collection's offering, it was this shade that made my mind up in the end. At only £2.99 this is definitely one of the cheapest lip crayons around so I'm really looking forward to trying this out and reviewing it here on my blog.
This was a repurchase, I've been looking for this product for quite a while and was so happy to find it in Boots today as my one is just about empty now! This is still my favourite concealer after using it for a couple of years, I definitely want to try a few more high street concealers though so leave me your favourites below!
Hannah knows me so well, I love Lip Balms and it's the product that I use the most! I really like my Maybelline Baby Lips so I'm glad they brought the Electro ones to the UK. I know they get a lot of mixed reviews but I'm a big lover of tinted lip balms so these are perfect for me. I'll definitely be doing a review of these, I never reviewed the first ones but I think I will this time round.
Again, Hannah knows me really well! Other brands are catching up now and bringing out tinted lip balms with Barry M being no different. I haven't tried these yet but I'm looking forward to, especially the darker shade. I'll definitely be doing a review of these, look out for all these beauty reviews!
Hannah also kindly got me a foundation from Oriflame which I completely forgot to photograph! I'm really looking forward to trying it as I've heard a lot about the brand.
Let me know what beauty products you've been trying recently!
Thanks for reading,
Shona x
NYC Cream stick's are great! I've only got one colour but I think I'll have to buy some more because of how cheap they are!
