My Favourite Photo Editing Apps

Like a lot of people I am a big lover of Instagram, it's one of the first things I check in the morning. I love the idea of being able to look back on the things I've done, the places I've been etc and equally I love seeing what others are doing! Sometimes an untouched photo does the job but I love playing around with pictures on apps, adding things here and there so I thought today I'd share my favourite 3 photo editing apps that I use a lot!

A Beautiful Mess
This has to be one of the best photo editing apps out there. For ages I was totally against getting it as it does cost 69p, which isn't much but there are so many free apps out there. If you are an Instagram addict like me then it is totally worth paying for, it does so many things that free photo editing apps don't do. You can make a collage or just edit one photo, there are lots of different collage designs as well. You can add text, little doodles, borders and filters. I think it really is a must have app for those who enjoy editing their photos!

I've been using Whitagram for a while now, it's a free app that I first got because some of my photos were too big to fit all of them in on Instagram. If you go through Whitagram first they will make your picture fit into the square, without cropping out any of the image. You can also edit you photos as well, I mainly use it for the above reason though. If you find that Instagram wants to cut out lots of your image then use Whitagram first and all your problems will be solved!

Finally this is a basic collage making app, I love the collage designs on A Beautiful Mess but this free app offers so many more, pages and pages more in fact! Not all of them are free but nearly 5 pages of them are, if you like making collages then this is perfect for you.

What photo editing apps do you use?

  1. I have the A Beautiful Mess app but haven't used either of the others. My main editing app is Cymera - love that app, it does everything I want and need it to.
