I'm a Beauty Blogger, Get Me Out of Here | Part 2

Recently I did the I'm a Beauty Blogger, Get Me Out of Here Tag and I really loved doing it as I'm such a fan of the programme! I saw this second part of the tag on Louise's blog Confessions of a Secret Shopper and knew I had to do it. Also I really love the questions/scenarios for this second part, I can't wait to see what the third part will be. Again this tag was created by the lovely Rochelle and Natasha from Next-Route-Style.

1. Firstly congratulations! You won last week’s bush tucker trial and your reward is a makeover from a professional make-up artist. What look would you choose and why?
I'd choose a very glam look because I've never been able to create a decent smokey eye by myself and also I'd love to try out a bold red lip, but have someone professional pick out the perfect shade, I'm useless at doing that.

2) It’s time to wash – ok so it’s not in a luxury shower or a bath but you do get a choice of one soap/shower gel to use. What would you choose and why?
I would choose a LUSH Shower Gel, no idea which one but they smell amazing and are so luxurious! If they have something with a Coconut scent I'd pick that though as that is my favourite scent.

3) Today is the arrival of a new camp mate, yay! You get to decide, it can be anyone this time. Who will you choose and why?
I think I'd choose one of my Best Friends, Hannah! We could support each other but have a laugh as well, I think we'd lift each others spirits a lot.

4) It can get a little boring in the jungle and you’re feeling sluggish. What one fitness exercise would you do?
I wouldn't exercise to be honest, I can't really for medical reasons and I'm really not one of those people that feels amazing after running a mile or something like that!

5) How would you create your own jungle fashion style?
I honestly have no idea how you can make the clothes they give you look fashionable! They wouldn't really bother me anyway as I'm not a very fashion conscious person a lot of the time.

6) What is your favourite Australian product and why?
The only Australian products I own are my Aussie ones and I adore them! I love their conditioners and their 3 Minute Miracle products as well.

7) Good news, the camp has won the treasure chest hunt! In need of something sweet, each camp mate wins their own cupcake. What would yours be?
Everything on my cupcake would be chocolate! Chocolate icing, chocolate cake, chocolate everything! Usually I'd find that a bit sickly but in the jungle when I'm probably craving something sweet I'm sure I wouldn't think twice before eating one in record time!

8) Challenge – bush tucker trial number 2, ‘the jungle hair & beauty salon’. You’re sitting under a vintage hair dryer and instead of hot air being blasted out you are greeted by 10,000 creepy crawlies. Which creepy crawlies would you detest the most and which ones wouldn’t you mind?
I really HATE cockroaches so that would be the worst one for me and I actually wouldn't mind if a trial involved rats, people panic too much when they see them in the trials, if you leave them alone they won't bother you! Although I'm not sure how they would blast rats at you haha!

That's it for Part 2! I tag anyone who wants to take part.

Thanks for reading,
Shona x

  1. Ooh there's another part. :D Awesome.
I agree, rats wouldn't be bad at all as long as you didn't bother them. People get too "eee" over rats, I don't understand it. haha.
