How I spend my Christmas TAG

I love Christmas so I was so happy to see that Hannah, from Beginners Beauty, had created a Christmas tag and she had tagged me to do it! I love the questions, especially as they are lifestyle based, I'm getting a little bored of beauty tags at the moment!

Here are my answers!

What are you usually up to on Christmas Eve?
Usually I'm snuggled up under layers of blankets watching a Christmas movie with my family, usually The Polar Express, it is a family favourite of ours!

Who do you spend your Christmas day's with?
Just my family who live with me: my parents, my younger brother, my older sister and our two cats! We've always just stayed at home for Christmas and spent it together except for 2 times (that I can remember) when we spent it with our extended family.

Do you enjoy giving or receiving gifts?
Of course everyone loves receiving gifts but I love buying gifts for others, picking out something really special that I know they will love! I especially love giving gifts when it is something that I know will really make someone smile, you can't beat the look on someone's face when they love their gift!

What does your outfit consist of on Christmas Day?
I usually spend Christmas morning in my onesie whilst we open presents and then my Mum always insists that I change into something nicer for Christmas Lunch. This year however I think I'll just stay in my onesie all day!

Do you enjoy shopping for your loved one's gifts?
Yes, 100%! Whilst I find it sometimes difficult to think of what to get people when I figure it out I really love buying gifts for my friends and family. I've been doing most of my Christmas shopping online this year which I have loved doing because who doesn't love getting packages, even if they aren't for you! I think it is just easier to do it online as well, I hate going shopping when it is busy, I get so annoyed when people walk slowly so it is better to just avoid that!

Have you ever received a gift that you disliked and pretended you liked it?
Of course, I think everyone has at some point! I can't remember what specific presents it was but my Nan got me some presents one year that were a bit too young for me, not sure she'd realised that I had grown up a lot! We had a giggle about it a few months on though :)

What would your ideal Christmas be?
I'd love to have just a pretty simple Christmas, just at home with some good food, films, the exchanging of gifts and lots of decorations! Without any arguments also, although that might be impossible as Christmas is such a stressful time of year!

What is your least favourite thing about Christmas?
Christmas lunch/dinner! I can't stand it! I think the only thing I do like from it is carrots, stuffing and Yorkshire puddings, I don't even like roast potatoes (I think they taste like soap).

What is the best gift you have ever received?
I want to say my netbook as it is my most used and loved gift but I'm going to go with my Nintendo Game Boy. I still remember the Christmas day when I got it. I was over the moon and so very grateful, I spent most of the day hugging my parents and saying thank you!

If you could choose one person to spend Christmas with who would it be and why? (Other than family)
I would love to spend Christmas with my friends one year!

I tag anyone who wants to do this tag!
