Green Beauty Characters TAG

Recently I've been loving doing tags and also reading them. They are quick and usually easy posts to do but you can learn a lot about a blogger from them, I'm quite nosy so I love learning more about people! Today I'm doing this tag that I saw on Evelyn's blog, it was created by Sonja who's blog is called Life in Blush. I really like the questions in this tag as they are more life/personal questions rather than beauty or fashion questions!

On my nightstand you'll find...
My lamp, a few owl ornaments and a cat one, my fireside treats yankee candle, a glass of water, some painkillers, my 2 blogging notebooks, some pens, a lip balm, post it notes and my phone on charge usually.

The literary character I'm most like is... (take this quiz and share your answer)
Galadriel from the trilogy the Lord of the Rings (I've never actually read the books or watched the films!)

I'm currently obsessed with...
Hot chocolate (especially Costa's white hot chocolate!)

My favourite superhero is...
I don't like superhero movies so don't have one!

Favourite beauty product of 2013...
Bare Minerals Lash Domination Mascara.

If I could have dinner with anyone dead or alive it would be...
David Tennant.

Winter is coming- how do you prepare your skin for battle?
Lots of lip balm and moisturiser! Also I tend to use hydrating face masks more often.

My perfect date night makeup consists of...
Nude pink lipstick/gloss, concealer, mascara, powder and a little bit of shimmery eyeshadow in the inner corner.

My go-to skin-beautifying snack/drink is...
Water, I really love it and drink so much of it nowadays, it has improved my skin a lot!

My TV boyfriend is...
I've already confessed my love for David Tennant so I'll go for Oliver Coleman who plays Tom Kent in Casualty.

If my evening clutch could only hold one beauty item it would be...
A lip balm, possibly a tinted one! I cannot leave my house, or my bedroom, without a lip balm.

One beauty tip I would pass on to my real/fictional daughter...
Blend your foundation down your neck, even if you think it matches spot on!

The most nostalgic item from my childhood...
I still have my teddy bear, named Ted (creative, I know!), from when I was only a few years old. The poor thing is under my bed though, I might get him out after I've finished writing this post!

My favourite TV shows of the moment...
Fresh Meat and Doctor Who (I'm re-watching all the series' starting from Christopher Eccleston!)

My favourite quote is...
'We aren't broken, just bent'
Originally a lyric from a P!nk song but the Scoliosis community have taken it onboard as it really does describe those with Scoliosis!

I tag:

Hopefully you've learnt something new about me today!

Thanks for reading,
Shona x
