When it comes to brushes for a while now the brand I've gone to is Real Techniques, you really cannot go wrong them, their brushes are high quality and affordable. This was until I came across Nanshy though! Today I'm going to be talking about their Foundation Brush Set* which features 4 different brushes for applying foundation or any face products that you want really! Apologies that the brushes aren't 100% clean in these photos, I did take some pictures when they were new but the photos got accidentally deleted!
The Foundation Brush Set features:
Pointed Foundation Brush
Flat Top Buffer Brush
Round Buffer Brush
Flat Angled Buffer Brush
Firstly I love how the brushes look, they aren't too heavy and are made well, I expected a higher price tag than £30 for 4 high quality brushes! The brushes themselves haven't shed at all, even when I washed them. They have kept their shape really well also and still feel very soft! They are soft brushes but also quite dense which is handy when it comes to applying foundation. Each of them does something different as well.
I loved using the Pointed Brush to apply concealer under my eyes or around my nose, it is the perfect size! Also the round buffer brush reminds me of a rounder Real Techniques Expert Face Brush, I really love it for buffing in my foundation! The Flat Top and Flat Angled Brushes are quite similar in my opinion but I'm sure a makeup artist could find a hundred differences!
Overall I really love these brushes and these are perfect for those who are a regular foundation wearer, they would definitely make a good Christmas present!
