Collection Work The Colour Eyeshadow Pencil // Review

You all know how much I love lip crayons/balm stains so when companies started bringing out similar products but in the form of eyeshadows I couldn't have been happier! First I tried MUAs Colour Blast Eyeshadow Tints* and I was and still am impressed by the quality of them. Then Collection came out with a similar product, at first I wasn't sure if I wanted to try them but after a while I did give in and picked up the shade Vanilla Sky!

There are 6 shades available to buy ranging from a navy denim shade to this beautiful shimmering metallic cream shade, a very good everyday neutrals colour. Sometimes neutral shades can lack pigmentation but this one is very pigmented and strong, it isn't a wimpy vanilla shade in any sense! The colour and pigmentation combined makes it a great product for everyday use whether you use it across your whole eyelid or focus it just on the inner tearduct of your eye, this is my preferred choice.

I also really love the formula of this product, it is creamy and glides on smoothly as I had hoped. Something that is a positive and a negative is that it dries but it does so quite quickly so you have to be quite quick when blending it, with practice though I have gotten better at blending it out quickly! When it dries it doesn't feel uncomfortable either which is great, I hate it when you feel like you have lots of product on your eyes. It doesn't crease either so this really does get a thumbs up from me!

Finally another positive point is that this really doesn't budge! Collection claim that it is waterproof and despite the fact I haven't worn this when swimming I think it really could last a dip in a pool. More importantly though it does last all day. This is the perfect product for those who don't have much time in the mornings, it is reliable and easy to apply quickly!
