Top 5 Body Products // Collab w/ Tattooed Tealady

Today I'm bringing you another post in the series of Top 5 collab posts I'm doing with Sophia from Tattooed Tealady! We've both really enjoyed doing these posts so far and you all seemed to as well so today we are back bringing you a post about some of our favourite body products! I don't actually have that many body products but still found it difficult to pick 5, especially when it came down to body lotions as I use so many!

First up is not just a blogger favourite but a favourite amongst everyone it would seem! The Body Shop are  well known for their body butter's but I had never tried one until I won this Almond Body Butter on The Body Shop's twitter page! I have fallen completely in love with it and really want to pick up a coconut scented one if there is one available! This moisturises my skin better than any other body lotion. It is thick and you don't need much at all, I find it takes a little longer to sink in than other body lotions I have but it is the most moisturising out of all of my body lotions! I'll probably wait until a sale pops up to buy another, I'd love to know what your favourite scents are!

My next body product is another well loved brand, St Ives. I use both the face and body scrub from them, this is the Nourishing Apricot Body Scrub and I adore it! I'd never exfoliated my body before I bought this and now I use it all the time! I haven't really got anything to compare this up against as this is the only body exfoliator I've tried but I find it works a treat! It exfoliates my body really well and this tub has lasted me quite a while, you don't need much at all! I'd love if you'd recommend me some body scrubs, I would love to try more brands!

Another body lotion that I really love is the Sephora Supreme Body Lotion. I got this as a gift in a Sephora travel set and I'm gutted I can't get it here in the UK! I find this dries super quickly and you really don't need much of it. I really love the scent as it isn't overpowering at all, it is more of a light scent. It isn't as moisturising as my Body Shop Body Butter but I still really love it!

This is a newer product of mine that I reviewed recently. This is Philosophy's 27 Wishes Multi-Purpose Balm* which I've been using mostly on my elbows which get really dry. It has been helping it a lot and my elbows no longer feel as dry! I've been finding so many ways to use this as well, it is great when I use it on my cuticles and other dry patches on my body. I think this is a fab product as it has so many uses!

My last product is one for your feet! In the summer I pamper my feet a lot more and this Burts Bees Foot Cream is my go to product to do so. It is like a gel consistency and keeps my feet feeling really soft. It doesn't make my feet feel greasy, it just keeps them looking ready for sandals and flip flops! I'd really recommend this if you are looking for a pampering product to keep your feet looking and feeling soft!

So, those are my Top 5 Body Product! Now you have read about mine head on other to Sophia's blog to read about her picks here.

Thanks for reading,
Shona x

  5. I love The Body Shop Body Butters, they all smells so good and they're super moisturising! My faves are the peach, coconut, mango and shea butter ones. At Christmas they sometimes release a shimmery coconut one as well which is nice for evenings :)

I've been using Aquaphor healing balm as my multi-purpose balm, it works a treat on cuticles/elbows/lips/dry patches. I'll have to give the Philosophy one a go, it sounds great xx
