The Skincare Tag!

Just over a week ago the lovely Lisa from Lisahh-Jayne tagged me to do the Skincare Tag! I've been getting into skincare more recently so thought this was perfect timing. You can read Lisa's answers here.

Describe your skincare routine in 5 words...
Exfoliate, Cleanse, SPF, Moisturise and Face Masks (I'm counting that as one word!) That is basically the skincare routine summed up, I have started using a toner and a few other products recently but they are the main stages of my skincare routine that I try and stick to everyday!

What's your skin type?
I have dry skin which can sometimes be flaky. I don't tend to suffer badly from spots, yes I get them but not many and not as often as some. I do have a lot of redness on my cheeks and chin though.

What's your favourite skincare product?
I honestly could not be without my exfoliator as my skin feels so much softer and looks better after exfoliating. I use to use the St Ives Apricot Face Scrub which I do really like but at the amount I'm using the Garnier Charcoal Face Scrub.

Top Blemish Zapper
I don't have a miracle product but my Benefit Boo Boo Zap! does seem to be helping clear up any blemishes quickly!

Face wipes yay or nay?
Overall it is a nay but it might just be me but using face wipes is surely better than sleeping with makeup on? I'd love to know which one is actually worse for your skin! *Goes to tweet Caroline Hirons*

Toner yay or nay?
I would have said nay about 2 weeks ago but recently Lisa made me buy a toner and I am actually seeing a small difference in my skin so far!

High end skincare or High End Makeup?
The only high end skincare product I have is the Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish which I do really love but at the same time I do really love my MAC Lipsticks and Benefit Products! This is a difficult one! I think I'd say highstreet skincare and makeup over both categories though!

What's the most unusual skincare product you've ever tried?
I don't think I've tried any skincare products that are anywhere near unusual to be honest, like I said before I've only really just gotten into skincare!

You're in a French pharmacy and can only pick one item- what is it?
Bioderma! I really miss my Bioderma and still haven't gotten round to re-purchasing it!

Tell us your top skincare tip!
Even if you have oily skin you should still moisturise, just find an oil free formula to suit your skin type!

I tag everyone! If you do this tag please tweet me the link so I can have a read!

Thanks for reading,
Shona x
