10 under £10 // Makeup Edition

We all know how much I love my high street products so after me and Bex did a collaboration post showing you our top 5 products under £5 I thought I'd carry it on and show you my top 10 products under £10! All the products are going to be between £5-£10 seeing as I've already showed you some bargains under £5!

GOSH All in One BB Cream in 01 Sand £9.99- buy here
The GOSH BB Cream is a 3 in 1 product that acts as a foundation, primer and moisturiser all for just under £10. I haven't actually written up a full review of this yet but I do really like this. First of all the palest shade, Sand, is pale! It is slightly yellow-toned though but, not crazy yellow like most drugstore foundations. It gives a light coverage so is perfect for summer and it doesn't feel heavy on your skin. I find this blends beautifully when I use my Real Techniques Buffing Brush and it gives just enough coverage for me. It also has SPF15 in it which obviously isn't enough protection but any added protection is great, just don't forget to slap on at least SPF30 suncream before!

Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain in Honey £7.99- buy here (currently £5.99 at Boots!)
I couldn't not include the Revlon JBKBS! These beauties are a holy grail product of mine with my favourite shade being Honey. They give your lips a decent amount of colour whilst moisturising them and stain them so the colour lasts a good few hours! Honey is a very wearable pink with a few brown undertones but it is so flattering and it's a perfect light but pretty shade for the summer!

L'Oreal Glam Shine Stain Splash in Lolita £7.99- buy here
Another staining lip product! Except, this time it is in a gloss form! These Shine Splashes from L'Oreal are so light on your lips but they give them a beautiful shine with a splash of colour and then stain them for a few more hours! Lolita is a raisin pink shade and I really love it! I really think these are great for summer and my two will definitely be sitting in my makeup bag in the next few months.

Bourjois Healthy Mix Concealer in 51 £7.49- buy here
I featured one part of my concealing duo in my 5 products under £5 posts, the collection lasting perfection concealer. The Bourjois Healthy Mix Concealer is the 2nd part to that little duo! I use this first as it is very yellow toned so I find it evens out the different colours under my eyes and makes me look a little bit more normal! It doesn't crease and it lasts all day, I'm really happy with how it works for me!

No7 Natural Blush Tint Powder in Soft Damson £8- buy here
I'm pretty sure this is the only No7 product I own, I won it a while ago in a giveaway. I haven't really talked much about it here on my blog but I really love using this blusher. Soft Damson is a dusky pink shade and it is pigmented enough to give your cheeks a soft flush but at the same time it isn't overly pigmented so there isn't a chance of you going overboard on the blusher! Also with the No7 vouchers that appear now and then this beauty would only cost £5!

Maybelline Mega Plush Volum' Express Mascara £7.99- buy here
This is the second Maybelline Mascara I've tried and I much prefer it to the first one I bought! I really love the brush on this mascara as the wand bends slightly meaning you are left with fluttery lashes that aren't weighed down with lots of mascara. The actual mascara brush is pretty big but because the wand can bend it means it is a lot easy to use. This gives my lashes length and a reasonable amount of volume, it's great for a everyday mascara!

Bourjois 1 Seconde Nail Polish in Blue no Blues £5.99- buy here
This nail polish is just stunning and is so incredibly perfect for summer! It's a bright light turquoise and it really stands out on your nails. The brush is quite wide making application quick and easy and the nail polish has a lovely shine finish to it. I think it is a bargain at £5.99 as the formula is lovely and the shade is so unique!

Revlon Colourburst Lip Butter in Candy Apple £7.99- buy here
This lip product is recently new to my collection after hearing so many good things about it! I have to say I'm going with the majority, I adore it! It feels so moisturising on my lips like a lip balm but it has the pigment of a lipstick! I find it lasts a good few hours on me as well, pretty good for a balm type product! Look out for a full review on this soon!

Bourjois Rouge Edition Lipstick in Rose Tweed £7.99- buy here
This is the last lip product, I promise! Bourjois really have got it 100% right with these lipsticks. They feel so creamy and moisturising on your lips but at the same time they are really well pigmented! Rose Tweed a is pinky nude and I really love it, I find it lasts on my lips for about 4 hours before I have to touch it up and it doesn't dry out my lips at all!

Sleek Makeup i-Divine Ultra Matts Darks Eyeshadow Palette £7.99- buy here
Last but not least is this beautiful palette! I adore matte eyeshadows so this palette is perfect for me and it is a bargain, 12 eyeshadows for £8! They are all really pigmented bar a couple and you can create so many looks with the shades. They last all day and this palette is perfect for smoky eye lovers!

So, that's my 10 under £10 post! I really enjoyed writing this one and my 5 under £5 post, I hope you enjoyed reading them!

Are any of these favourites of yours?

  1. I've just bought the Revlon lip butter in Candy Apple, and I'm in love! I like that it's quite sheer as I'm still a bit afraid of a bright red lip! Perfect for day time wearing :)

  4. Such a great post! I need to try the Sleek palettes! Revlon lip butters are seriously one of the best products available at the drugstore, in my opinion-I'm not much of a lipstick person but these are so comfortable to wear! xoxo

  5. The brand Gosh has never been on my radar (I pass by and disregard its section all the time!) but I do suppose I should check out the line next time!

+ do I smell a Bourjois bias, or are their products really that good? Heh.

    3. I think it is all getting a bit gimmicky now but GOSH do pale shades unlike other drugstore brands so I'll definitely be buying it! x

    4. Same--BB and CC creams, I find, are a gimmick :( (But I did end up buying a BB cream!)
And I agree, more than often, most brands don't have pale enough shades :(
