I have always preferred the single eyeshadow's from MUA to the ones in the palettes just that little bit. To me they are slightly more pigmented, you get more product and they are a little bit less chalky. Also I think the shades in the single eyeshadow's are much prettier!
Shade 17- Matte
This is a creamy matte shade that is really pigmented for a matte finish. Its great for a base or just for a very simple day look. I've had this one for a while and I've loved it every since I purchased it.
Shade 25- Pearl (review)
This is a stunning colour! For only a pound I think this is just fantastic. I don't own MAC's cranberry eyeshadow but it does look very similar. Take a look at my review to learn more.
Shade 3- Pearl
This was the first shade I ever bought and possibly the first MUA product I ever bought. Its extremely pigmented and stunning. I've even picked this over the silvers in my Naked2 palette. The pigmentation is just out of this world and if you're looking for a silver I'd suggest picking up this £1 beauty!
Shade 24- Pearl
This is the least pigmented out of all the ones I own. It isn't as creamy and soft as the others and took a few swatches to build up the colour in the picture. It doesn't come out the exact same colour as in the pan either which is disappointing. I can't see myself using it much due to the pigmentation.
Overall I adore MUA single eyeshadow's and will continue to purchase more, obviously after my Spending Ban is over!
What do you think of the single eyeshadow's?
Thanks for reading,

Shade 3 is a very unique colour. I like it!
ReplyDeleteI usually prefer to buy singles as well because I find they're better quality and I tend to be more open to combining them with different colours.
