Betrousse 'Pretty Beauty' Box

If you remember I reviewed and talked to you about a Betrousse box a while back (which you can read about here) and Betrousse kindly offered to send me another to talk about. There were some problems with shipping etc so its taken a while for it to get here but it is here!

Saffron London Cracking Nail Polish 14ml £0.75
Personally this item is definitely not to my taste. I hate crackle nail polishes with a passion despite owning a Barry M one many moons ago. I did however test this out, especially as it only costs 75p,  as you can see it does work. However the bottle looks very cheap and unappealing.

Papier Poudre Gift Pack of 3 Booklets- 65 sheets in each book £7.95
This is one of the products that interested me the most.We have all heard of oil absorbing sheets right? Well these are actually powdered papers. These would definitely be handy for popping in your handbag. Another great thing is that they come in 3 shades Rachel, Rose and White. Rachel will be too dark for my skin but the other two are perfect.

 Kesari Radieuse Anti-Age 30ml £47
Obviously being a teenager still I don't need this, I did however pass it onto my mum and she is currently trying it out! Sometimes its the little things that are best and one thing that was mentioned on the card is this: 'If you are less than 30 years old, its an ideal gift for your friends, family etc'
This is completely different to most beauty boxes who just assume that the product will be targeted towards everyone. It might just be me but I think it was nice of Betrousse to write that little sentence.

Cupcake Organic frankincense & orange day cream 30ml £16
The name of this product drew me in straight away! Then it had a orange scent, I'm really not a fan of orange smells but I was pleasantly surprised when I smelt it. Its only lightly fragranced  which is also good for people who have sensitive skin. I have one million and one moisturisers open at the moment so I will getting round to trying this very soon!

Essyta Cosmetics body moisturizing lotion for all skin types 250ml £13.50
Unfortunately I forgot to photograph this product. I have been using it for a little bit and its a really nice simple non greasy moisturiser, I think I would have preferred to got the one for dry skin as that's my skin type mainly. I don't think I'd be paying £13.50 for it any time soon though, its nothing too special.

Yves Rocher Organic Refreshing Gel Cleanser 200ml £11
Again, I haven't tried this yet as I am waiting to finish my Bioderma but I have heard good things about this and its nice to see something a little different. Its organic which is something I haven't actually 'on purpose' looked into so it will be nice to see how this compares up with my Bioderma.

Yves Rocher Sexy Pulp Gloss(Pink) 10ml £13.90
This is  a pink shimmery plumping gloss. Its a really nice colour on, its not sticky. However it doesn't do any major plumping work on my lips, it does make them a little bigger, or look a bit bigger. Overall it is a really nice lip gloss.

Vera Valenti Valetta Eyeshadow (Pink) 10g £2
I have heard a lot of negative comments over this however I really liked this item! I don't wear pink often, not very much at all to be honest, but I have been since I got this palette. The eyeshadow's are pigmented, soft and go on really nicely. You have all the shades of pink and purple in there and then a white and a black.  This may not have been everyone's cup of tea but I certainly liked it.

Arganti 100% Pure Argan Oil 60ml £10
This is possibly my favourite product out of the whole box and I haven't even tried it yet. Argan oil is said to work wonders for your hair and skin so I cannot wait to try this. I love my L'Oreal Mythic Oil but I'm hoping this will be just as good, if not better!

Overall I think this is a marvellous box! It costs £19 and is worth a whopping £122! I think you definitely get your money's worth with things from hair oils to makeup to skincare featuring in this box, this box has it all!

This is much better than the last box and I am very happy with it and cannot wait to try it out!

Thanks for reading,
